Hot Chocolate Creamy formula

Let’s start with the hot chocolate menu, which is thick and creamy because it’s stewed with fresh milk. Add sugar and salt. Decorate with whipped cream and cocoa powder.

Ingredients: (for 4 glasses)

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • a little salt
  • 3+1/2 cups fresh milk
  • Cream mixed with milk (Half and Half) or evaporated milk 1/2 cup
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • whipped cream

How to make

  • Put cocoa powder, sugar and salt in a pan or pot. Bring to a low heat. Mix well. Then add hot water and mix slowly until the mixture comes together well. When the mixture boils again, turn the heat down again. Then continue mixing for about 2 minutes
  • Add evaporated milk and mix. Wait until the mixture is very hot. (But no need to boil) Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Mix together again, pour into a glass, wait until the mixture cools down. Before serving, pipe in whipped cream. Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder.

Hot Chocolate Floats

Pamper that special someone with the Hot Chocolate Float menu. Mix milk powder with chocolate powder. Add creamer. The trick is to add ice-cold vanilla ice cream.


  • 25 ounces of powdered milk (approximately 708 grams)
  • 32 ounces chocolate powder (approximately 907 grams)
  • Creamer 16 ounces (approximately 453 grams)
  • 1 pound of icing (about 450 grams)
  • vanilla ice cream

How to make

  • Prepare a mixing bowl. Pour all dry ingredients together. Mix until combined.
  • Spoon about 1/2 cup of the mixture into a glass. Add hot water. Stir until dissolved. Garnish with vanilla ice cream.

Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Anyone who likes double deliciousness should try this hot chocolate recipe. Add both white chocolate and cocoa powder. Add fragrance from powdered milk and icing sugar.


  • 3 cups skimmed milk powder
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • Cocoa powder, lightly sweetened formula, 1+1/2 cups
  • 4 ounces white chocolate bar (about 113 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make

  • Chop the white chocolate bar and prepare.    
  • Prepare a mixing bowl, add powdered milk, icing sugar, cocoa powder, chopped white chocolate, and salt. Mix well. Pour into the blender. Blend until fine. Pour into a sealed container and keep for about 2 months.    
  • Spoon the white chocolate mixture into a heatproof cup, about 1/4 cup, add hot milk or hot water. Mix well. Top with whipped cream. Peppermint or marshmallow.
